Chuck Anderson is Vice President of Seafood Analytics. Seafood Analytics designs and builds systems to measure and monitor cellular health of fish, animals and plants. Chuck works closely with clients to develop protocols, reporting and analysis tools that provide solutions to everyday problems.
Chuck Anderson was an early pioneer of responsible and sustainable seafood sourcing while leading seafood operations for Ahold USA, Giant Food Stores, Stop & Shop, and BI-LO supermarkets. He continues to be a thought leader in the industry with regular presentations at Seafood Expo North America and other industry events.
Chuck lives in Corpus Christi Texas. He enjoys fishing, camping, and spending time with family.
